What You’ll Do

  • We will train you on the advantages of PDR (paintless dent repair) and how you can assist customers, offering them this service at no out-of-pocket cost.
     

  • We specialize in hail damage and actively track storms in our area to pinpoint affected regions. Your primary objective is to connect with customers who have hail-damaged vehicles, assisting them in restoring their cars to their original condition.

  • Each day, you will report to your assigned call center representative, providing your start time and the specific hail-damaged locations you plan to cover.

  • Your responsibility will include identifying hail-damaged vehicles that are 2012 models or newer or have a value of $12,000 or greater, as these tend to yield the most successful outcomes. You will also prepare post-it notes with your call center representative's phone number, which will help serve the customer.
     

  • You will collaborate closely with our call center, which will inform you of any scheduled appointments, allowing you to earn credit toward your bonus.
